Dulcie Tamburri, 64, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday, Oct. 23, and charged with the sale of narcotics and reckless endangerment, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake.

Police responded to the Woodward Avenue home of Tamburri on Sept. 3 after they received reports of an overdose, Blake said.

"Officers administered Narcan to the unresponsive victim and were able to revive him," he said.

The Detective Bureau’s investigation determined that Tamburri had sold the victim heroin, which the victim immediately ingested, Blake said.

The heroin in question was found to contain fentanyl.

Tamburri was held on a $10,000 bond and given a court date of Friday, Nov. 1.
